Update February 13, 2024: This event is cancelled due to low enrollment. Please keep an eye out for future data sharing and reproducibility projects with the Data Sceince Lab and the libraries' department of data services!

Learn to use OSF, the Open Science Framework, for your own protocol documentation and data sharing in this hands-on workshop. We will start with a use case of graduate students organizing and sharing their dissertation, move to a team/lab research project use case, and then walk through each attendee setting up your own OSF for preserving your data.

The OSF can be used as part of a journal article supplement, to manage and share a dissertation, to comply with NIH data sharing, to support a lab as a lab notebook, or just to have a personal landing place for all of your images, code, notes, and data.  This session is a joint project of VCU Libraries' research data services and VCU's Data Science Lab. Bring questions and projects for expert advice!
