Stressed about finals? Work? Feeling overwhelmed in general? It’s important to stop what you’re doing and take a deep breath every once in a while. Please join VCU Libraries for this Study Well event, in person on Thursday, March 24 at noon for an hour of guided meditation at the Health Sciences Library (those that wish to join virtually can use the Zoom link). VCU Certified Health and Wellness Counselor Georgianne Ginder will lead participants through a meditative relief session aimed at reducing stress and anxiety so you can go about your day feeling good and more relaxed. 

 

This program is free and open to everyone. Registration is required.
