It's a new year so why not start making healthier choices for a healthier you? Please join us in the Community Health Education Center on Thursday, January 31 at noon for "Healthy Living with Carrie Baines." As a Peer Health Education Coordinator for the Wellness Resource Center, Carrie will discuss making mindful choices for fostering a healthier and more active lifestyle.
