Please join us in the Community Health Education Center on Tuesday, September 25th at noon for, Tackle Stress with Fitness. Carrie Baines, Peer Health Education Coordinator, Wellness Resource Center will present how stress affects overall well-being. We will come together to discuss how we can relieve more stress during our day by utilizing basic stretches and exercises. A light lunch will be provided. The program is free.
