Marina is a trans woman whose partner recently passed way. In the aftermath, she struggles with prejudice from her partner's family, doctors, and the police. She is investigated by a detective, forbidden from attending the funeral, and threatened with being thrown out of the apartment she shared with her partner.

Join us for a viewing of this indie drama, and stay for a discussion featuring a panel of guest speakers. Joining us will be Kathy Ingram, chair of the Department of Gender, Sexuality, and Women's Studies; Liz Coston, teaching faculty from the Department of Sociology; and Afton Bradley, Transgender Health Services Program Manager at the Virginia League for Planned Parenthood.

Popcorn and beverages will be provided at each screening.
