This documentary explores the emerging field of prosthetic science that challenges the conventional notion of limb loss. The documentary features the progressive research in robotics and neuroscience that enables the development of novel prosthetic devices, as well as the personal experiences of amputees who benefit from these innovations. The film highlights the potential of this transformative science to improve the quality of life of people with limb loss, especially children and veterans who face unique challenges and opportunities.


Following the screening, there will be a discussion on themes from the film, current research and the exhibits on display. Snacks and drinks will be provided.
