These faculty-only sessions are a time to learn techniques and get assistance on research assignments where nonexistent citations or other signs of inappropriate generative AI use are becoming more common in students’ work. The sessions start with an overview of techniques to adapt assignments to incorporate or to exclude generative AI. The bulk of the time, however, is spent revising or reinventing assignments that faculty bring to the sessions.
