Scientists are increasingly called to share their research outside of traditional academic spheres. Engagement with non-academic audiences can help increase the public’s science literacy and shape impactful policy decisions. How can we share science in a way that both engages non-experts and accurately presents complex topics? The VCU Center for Clinical and Translational Research and VCU Libraries present an event on science communication for researchers, faculty, and students.
